General Terms and Conditions of the Contest "Find a Ticket and Meet Mike Maignan"
This contest is organized by Uhlsport France S.A., with its registered office at ZI Athélia 2, 170 Impasse du Serpolet, 13704 La Ciotat Cedex, France (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
Eligibility
The contest is open to any individual aged 18 or older, residing in France or abroad.
The following persons are excluded from participation:
- Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members,
- Employees of the Uhlsport group and its members,
- Members of Excellence Sport Nation and their immediate family members,
- Anyone directly involved in organizing the contest.
Contest Duration
The contest begins on March 18, 2025, and ends on April 20, 2025.
How to Participate
The contest offers two ways to participate:
- Participation through retail stores: Three winning tickets are randomly hidden in three pairs of Mike Maignan gloves distributed in partner stores in France and online at Uhlsport.com.
- Free participation without purchase obligation: An alternative participation option is available on the brand’s social media platforms. To enter, participants must follow the official Instagram pages of uhlsportfr, uhlsportgoalkeeper, and magicmikemaignan, tag three friends in the comments of the dedicated contest post, and increase their chances by sharing the contest in their story. A random draw will be held among eligible participants.

Prizes
Participants have the chance to win one of the four following prizes:

Travel Conditions: The prize does not include additional expenses such as meals, drinks, excursions, transfers, travel insurance, personal expenses, or visas. The winner and their companion must have a valid passport or identity card, along with any other necessary documents to travel to Italy. All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are non-transferable and non-resellable. If the winner's companion is a minor, they must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian.

Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time while respecting participants' rights. Any modification or cancellation of the contest will be officially communicated on the Organizer's official website and social media. The rights of already registered participants will be upheld.
Liability
Uhlsport France S.A., its advertising and promotional agencies, and its partners shall not be held responsible for any changes to match schedules, travel disruptions, or event cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, health regulations, strikes). The Organizer also accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages suffered by the winners during the trip or while claiming their prize.
Promotion and Publicity
The winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the contest without financial compensation. Uhlsport France and its partners may use the winner's photo, name, and voice for promotional purposes.
Data Protection
The personal data collected in connection with this contest will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing the contest, selecting the winners, and delivering the prizes. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. Taxes
It is the sole responsibility of the winners to declare the prize to their respective tax authorities if required by local regulations. The Organizer will not cover any taxes, charges, or social contributions related to the prize.
Claim Limitation
Any claim related to the contest must be submitted in writing to the Organizer within 30 days after the contest end date. After this period, no claims will be considered.
Governing Law – Jurisdiction
The validity and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed in all respects by French law. The courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence shall have sole authority to settle any disputes arising from this contract that could not be resolved amicably.
