PayPal
When paying with PayPal, after clicking the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button, you will be redirected to your PayPal account. There, you log in and transfer the purchase price as specified by PayPal.
Credit Card
When paying by credit card, you authorize uhlsport – by providing the card type (MASTERCARD or VISA), card number, expiration date, and security code – to charge the stated credit card with the purchase price upon clicking the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button. The credit card is charged immediately.
SOFORT Transfer
When paying via SOFORT Transfer, you authorize uhlsport – by providing bank account details – to collect the purchase price from the specified bank account upon clicking the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button. The purchase price is due immediately.
Giropay
When paying with Giropay, after clicking the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button, a window will appear where you enter the bank code of the financial institution to locate the appropriate bank or savings bank. In the next step, you will be redirected to the login page of the financial institution. There, you log in with your account number and personal identification number (PIN) to complete the payment.
All prices in the online shop are in euros, include the statutory VAT, and are exclusive of any shipping costs. We offer various payment methods. Your payments to us are encrypted and meet the highest security standards.
uhlsport reserves the right, in individual cases during the ordering process, not to offer certain payment methods or to refer to alternative payment methods.
In the event that the ordered goods are unavailable or a contract is not concluded for other reasons, uhlsport will promptly refund any payments already received. All other rights of uhlsport remain reserved.
You can return unworn items within 14 days. Use the return documents, which you can fill out, download, and print from your customer account, or download here as a blank form.
Step 1
Pack the items in the box, include the corresponding return form, and attach the DHL label to the outside of the box. This ensures your return always goes to the correct address – free of charge within Germany. For returns sent from outside Germany, we will charge the incurred costs.
Step 2
You can drop off the package at DHL parcel shops and stations. Please keep the return receipt until we confirm your return. You can find return stations near you here.
Step 3
Once we receive the package, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you selected during checkout as quickly as possible.
You can drop off your package at any DHL parcel shop or packstation. You can find the nearest return station here.
We cannot automatically offset items, so a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.
Simply return your order to us. We will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible after receiving your return.
In our online shop, you can check if the item is still available in the desired size or color. You can order it again right there.
There are two ways to find your return documents, depending on whether you have a customer account or not.
With a Customer Account
You can download and print your return documents directly in your uhlsport customer account. Before printing your return documents, you can specify which items you would like to return in the displayed form. Place the printed document in your package.
Without a Customer Account
If you don't have a customer account, you can download the return form here. Please complete the form and include it in your return package.
You can return ordered items to us free of charge within 14 days. An item can only be returned or exchanged if it is in unworn condition. Any attached tags must not be removed from the item or its packaging. Personalized items, such as those individually printed or custom-made, are excluded from the right of return.
You can indicate your reason for return on the return form. Reasons for return include:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective/Used
- Price/Performance
- Different from description
- Different from image
- Ordered for selection
- Item incomplete
- Delivered too late
- Poor quality
You also have the option to record other reasons or comments on the return form.
Unfortunately, personalized items—whether gloves or jerseys—cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are tailored specifically for you. This means that other goalkeepers or players cannot use your personalized items.
If you are unsure about your choice of gloves or need tips on grip or cut, please contact us via Messenger before placing your personalized order. We are happy to help you.
If you notice an item that is damaged or has another defect, you can complain to us. We need clear photos that clearly show the damage or defect. Please also include a short description and provide us with the order number. You can find the order number in the order confirmation, for example.
