Conditions for Purchased Gift Vouchers

1. Redemption

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on www.uhlsport.com. They cannot be redeemed on other websites where we are represented. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed through the standard form. The gift voucher from www.uhlsport.com can only be used once and cannot be combined with another voucher at the same time. After redeeming the voucher, another voucher may be used.

2. General

The redemption of the www.uhlsport.com gift voucher is subject to the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of www.uhlsport.com, which can be accessed at www.uhlsport.com. A voucher with a uniquely generated code for you cannot be canceled or revoked.

3. Restrictions

Gift vouchers from www.uhlsport.com can only be redeemed on www.uhlsport.com. Retroactive application of a voucher is not possible. The balance of a voucher is neither interest-bearing nor paid out in cash. Gift vouchers or voucher balances cannot be paid out in cash, reloaded, transferred for value, offset against open claims, or transferred to another customer account. Reselling gift vouchers is also prohibited. Voucher codes, gift vouchers, or bonus points cannot be combined with one another.

4. Liability and Risk of Loss

www.uhlsport.com assumes no liability for errors in the email address of the voucher recipient. Likewise, www.uhlsport.com assumes no liability for loss, theft, misuse, or delayed transmission (e.g., due to technical issues) of gift vouchers.

5. Fraud

In the event of fraud, attempted deception, or suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the purchase or redemption of a gift voucher, www.uhlsport.com reserves the right to close the respective customer accounts and/or require an alternative payment method. There is no entitlement to the activation or payout of affected vouchers.
