FAQ Kempa

You can return unworn items within 14 days. Use the return documents, which you can either fill out, download, and print in your customer account or download here as a blank form.

Step 1
Pack the items in the package, include the corresponding return slip, and attach the appropriate DHL label to the outside of the package. This ensures your return is sent to the correct address – free of charge within Germany.

Step 2
You can drop off the package at DHL parcel shops and Packstations. Please keep the return receipt until we confirm your return. You can find return locations near you here.

Step 3
Once the package has arrived, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible to the payment method used for your order. 

A customer account in the Kempa online shop offers many benefits for you. For example:

• View and manage orders
  Once you've placed an order, you can find it in your account, including shipping status, payment method, and all item details. If you were satisfied with an order, you can reorder it with just one click.

• Save favorite items and access them later
  If you find an item but aren't sure whether to buy it or your size is currently unavailable, simply add it to your personal wishlist. You can order it later with ease.

• Save checkout details and save time
  Store your default shipping and billing address and set your preferred payment method. This saves you time and eliminates the need to enter your details for every order.

• Quickly find and complete return documents digitally
  If you want to return an item, you'll find the necessary return documents in your customer account, already listing all items from the order. With just a few quick clicks, your return is processed easily and efficiently.

As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. With the tracking number provided, you can check the shipping status at any time.

Standard shipping time:
2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Express shipping time:
1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Express shipping can only be selected if you have entered a phone number in your user profile.
