In the following, we would like to present our General Terms and Conditions, which we use as a basis for our services provided on www.uhlsport.com. The www.uhlsport.com website offers "uhlsport merchandise" for sale. At www.uhlsport.com we offer you a personalized shopping and service experience tailored to your interests and needs.

1. Conclusion of contract and delivery of goods
1.1 Contracts via www.uhlsport.com are concluded in english, german, french, spanish and dutch. When placing an order, your contractual partner is uhlsport GmbH, Klingenbachstraße 3, 72336 Balingen-Engstlatt. An order on www.uhlsport.com can be delivered to delivery addresses worldwide. uhlsport GmbH reserves the right not to deliver individual orders to foreign countries (outside Germany) without giving specific reasons.
1.2 By clicking the button "complete payment" you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. We will confirm the reception of your order immediately by email after the order was placed. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that in case of prepayment (reservation) the delivery of the ordered goods will take place as soon as we have received the full payment of the full purchase price as well as eventual shipping costs. Therefore, we ask you to transfer the full purchase price immediately after you have received the order confirmation, but within 7 days at the latest.
1.3 Please note that we are exceptionally not obliged to deliver the ordered goods if we have duly ordered the goods on our part but have not been supplied correctly or in time (congruent covering transaction). A further prerequisite is that we are not responsible for the lack of availability of the goods and that we have informed you of this circumstance without delay. In addition, we must not have assumed the risk of procuring the ordered goods. In the case of corresponding unavailability of the goods, we will immediately reimburse you for any payments already made.
1.4 We do not assume the risk of having to procure ordered goods (procurement risk). This also applies to orders for goods that are only described in terms of their type and characteristics (generic goods). We are only obliged to deliver from our stock of goods. We deliver orders within Germany. If working days are specified as deadlines, we understand this to mean all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, with the exception of public holidays.
1.5 You will be informed about the delivery time on the respective product detail page as well as before placing the order.
2. Prices, shipping costs and express delivery
2.1 The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order shall apply. The prices stated are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable German statutory value-added tax. No tax credit is granted for shipments to foreign tax jurisdictions (e.g. Switzerland). The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
2.2 We will pay the shipping costs within Germany for you from an order value of 99 euros, except for express shipping. Deliveries abroad are excluded from this regulation.
2.3 We offer express shipping for certain orders. Whether this option is offered for your particular order and the costs incurred for this, will be shown in the checkout process. In case of express delivery, the goods will be delivered within 2 working days at the latest within Germany. Delivery abroad can take longer.
Since our deliveries are handed over to third party shipping service providers at country borders, we are unable to provide accurate information on shipping time to foreign countries.
2.4 An order on www.uhlsport.com can be delivered to delivery addresses worldwide. uhlsport GmbH reserves the right not to deliver individual orders to foreign countries (outside Germany) without giving specific reasons.
2.5 When ordering from non-EU countries, additional costs for importation like customs fees and customs duties may apply to your order. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges directly with the local authorities, we will not collect import duties or customs charges at checkout. For further details please contact your country’s importing authority.
3. Payment
3.1 Basically we offer the payment methods prepayment, credit card, SEPA direct debit, giropay, Sofort, paydirekt, invoice and Paypal. For each order, we retain the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.
3.2 The purchase price is due immediately, if the purchase is not on account.
3.3 In the case of purchase on account, you will be informed about the due date of the purchase price on the order overview page before the conclusion of the contract.
3.4 You consent to receiving invoices and credits solely in electronic form.
4. Promotional vouchers and their redemption
4.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but are issued by uhlsport during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time.
4.2 Promotional vouchers can be redeemed once only in connection with an order, and only within the specified period. Please check the terms and conditions of any promotional voucher before using it as certain items may be excluded from the promotion and a minimum order value may apply. Promotional vouchers may not be used to purchase gift vouchers.
4.3 The value of the items ordered must equal or exceed the value of the promotional voucher. No refund or credit will be given for underspend. If the voucher does not cover the value of the merchandise, the difference can be paid using any of the accepted payment methods. The value of promotional vouchers will not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue interest. Promotional vouchers will not be refunded if all or some of the items you ordered are returned.
4.4 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the ordering process is complete. It is not possible to apply vouchers retrospectively. Promotional vouchers cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless we have agreed otherwise, it is not possible to combine multiple promotional vouchers.
4.5 If you return items which you bought using a promotional voucher, and, as a result, the total value of your order is less than or equal to the value of the promotional voucher or if you fall below the offer threshold, we will adjust the refund accordingly.
5. Gift vouchers and their redemption
5.1 Gift vouchers are vouchers that can be purchased from www.uhlsport.com website. They may only be redeemed to purchase uhlsport merchandise, not more gift vouchers. If the value of a gift voucher is not enough to cover the order, the difference must be paid using any of the accepted payment methods.
5.2 Gift vouchers can only be redeemed and credits applied prior to completing your order. The value of gift vouchers will not be paid out in cash, nor will it accrue interest. Please go to "My Account" at www.uhlsport.com in order to redeem gift vouchers and apply them to your customer account or to view your credit balance.
6. Statutory right of revocation in respect of uhlsport merchandise
Subject to the further terms set out below (including some important exceptions), when you purchase an item from www.uhlsport.com you have a statutory right of revocation: The first thing you should know is that if you decide to return items, you can use the return shipping label which can be printed out from your customer account page. If you do not have access to a printer, you encounter problems downloading the return shipping label or you require a new return shipping label, you can contact our Customer Service to request one (contact details below). Please help us to avoid unnecessary costs by always using the return shipping label when returning merchandise.
Information regarding the statutory right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the last item in your order.
To exercise the statutory right to cancel you must inform us by contacting us in one of the following ways:

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
What happens after you have told us you wish to cancel
If you cancel the contract under the statutory right to cancel, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If you paid by Paypal/credit card, the refund will be sent to your Paypal/credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift voucher account. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return the items you no longer want to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you told us you were cancelling the contract. We will bear the costs of returning the goods provided you use the return shipping label provided by us for shipment from the country in which delivery was made to you, otherwise you will be required to pay the return shipping costs. You are only obliged to cover any depreciation in the value of returned items if the depreciation is attributable to your improper handling of the returned items when examining their condition, properties and function.

Attention: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Excluded from withdrawal or exchange
Individually printed, otherwise personalized or used items are excluded from withdrawal and exchange.
The return within Germany is free of charge. In case of return shipment from abroad, we will charge the sender for the costs incurred.
End of the cancellation policy
7. Refunds
Any refunds we arrange automatically to the account used by you for payment. In the case of payment by invoice and prepayment, the return transfer will be instructed to the account from which the transfer was made. If you have paid by Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated Paypal or credit card account. If you have used a gift voucher with your purchase, we will credit your gift voucher account with the corresponding amount.

9. Legal liability for defects and further information
9.1 The statutory liability for defects applies.
9.2 The use of the services available on www.uhlsport.com is possible for persons who are at least 18 years old.
9.3 Each customer is only entitled to maintain one customer account with uhlsport at the same time. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations.
9.4 You can view these GTC at www.uhlsport.com. In addition, you can print or save this document by using the usual function of your internet service program (=browser: there mostly "File" -> "Save as").
9.5 You can also additionally archive the GTC as well as the data of your order simply by either downloading the GTC and saving the data summarized on the last page of the order process in the Internet store by using the functions of your browser or by waiting for the automatic order confirmation, which we will additionally send to you by e-mail after completion of your order to the e-mail address provided by you. This order confirmation e-mail contains once again the data of your order and our terms and conditions and can be easily printed or saved with your e-mail program.
9.6 in accordance with the Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Affairs Art. 14. para.1 ODR Regulation, the European Commission provides an online platform for dispute resolution, which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. At present, uhlsport GmbH is not obligated or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, as we resolve all problems that arise directly with our customers.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by German law. You may bring legal proceedings against uhlsport either in Germany or in the courts of your country of residence. In addition, disputes may be submitted for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
